Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 0–1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Shipping Carrier
We ship via standard carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Incorrect Shipping Address
